Our Service Agreement

Buy Your Credit. Com will work to improve your credit by challenging items which you believe to be inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable. We will use the Fair Credit Reporting Act to pursue your right to have all such credit listings deleted from your credit report. Whenever we receive credit reports we will send letters to the credit bureaus and your creditors on your behalf in order to communicate your dispute.

Deletion of your disputed credit may take more or less than twelve months. Because each case varies we cannot predict a certain outcome, nor can we accurately time the length of the service agreement. However, this agreement shall last for twelve months.

As a client you may correspond with the Representatives by telephone or email as much as you wish at no additional charge.

There is an initial setup fee. The monthly service fee is $99.99.

The Customer Agreement

At the same time you agree to:

A. Allow us to dispute negative items that you believe are inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable.

B. Pay Buy Your Credit. Com (Reps) the initial setup fee at the time you sign up, and $99.99 per month for the work performed the pervious month.

C. Make arrangements with the Buy Your Credit. Com Reps in forwarding to us copies of all correspondence from the credit bureaus.

D. Make sure your Rep receives your updated credit report every 90 days.

E. Inform your Rep of any address change or new telephone number.

F. You understand that failure to complete these activities will void the service warranty.

Notice of Cancellation

You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third (3) business day after the date on which you submit this agreement. To cancel you must contact your Rep from Buy Your Credit. Com
